Eligibility to be a voting member of the LBCA primarily includes those who live on or own property between Freeman Highway and Roosevelt Inlet, and between the Canal and the Delaware Bay, although there are several who have joined who live in other parts of Lewes. Given the start-up costs for the Association, especially the expense of creating an interactive website, the proposed 2021 dues for LBCA are $100 per Individual Voting Member and $100 per Household Membership. For those who participate by household as opposed to individually, each household will have one vote.
